LUDECA, INC. is the only authorized repair and service facility for Pruftechnik AG products in the United States. Please note that any attempt to service the components by unauthorized personnel will render all warranty coverage void.
Our service facility includes a NUPIC (Nuclear Procurement Issues Committee) approved calibration laboratory with NIST certified calibration equipment and ESD (electrostatic discharge) protected repair department.
Should a service of your instrument ever become necessary, we offer you a quick turnaround time, and if necessary a loaner system or component will be available to you.
CALIBRATION
LUDECA, INC. is the only authorized calibration checking facility for Pruftechnik AG products in the United States. We offer standard calibration inspection as well as calibration inspection traceable to NIST (National Institute of Standards and Technology).
The calibration accuracy of our systems (except INCLINEO) should be checked every two years as indicated by the colored label (shown at top) located on the back of the laser housing (alignment tools) or instrument (vibration tools) or by the warning message that appears on the instrument's display 4 weeks before the deadline (vibration tools).
